This week is our first installment of student interviews! Every week I shall be interviewing a student from our academy. This week, I interviewed our very own Mark Salvator!

Mark is a fifth grader in Mrs. Graf’s class. Mark, or “Cheesy” as his friends like to call him, is energetic, sharp, fun to be around, and a great friend to his peers. His favorite subject is science and his meal of choice is tacos. Thursday is Mark’s favorite day of the week and he loves to play outside in his free time. Mark’s favorite Bible verse is Joshua 24:15b. The school trip to the Air and Space Museum last year was Mark’s most memorable school experience. Mark hopes to be an engineer when he grows up. Marky’s favorite things about our school are that work is fun to do, everybody knows each other, and that we have great teachers. Now you know Mark Salvator. Here are a couple of things that his friends say about him… Josh says that Mark is a great soccer player and funny, Bernie thinks that he is a really nice boy, and Marcus says that Mark makes him laugh! Here’s what his teacher, Mrs. Graf, has to say about Mark:

Okay, let me tell you about Mark Salvator. He is quiet—but fun-loving, an observer, but enthusiastic about everything we do. As his teacher, I have found him to be very respectful, a good friend to all, and a hardworking, neat young man. One more thing—he has a terrific sense of humor! We are all glad to have “Marky” as a special part of our school.
